#Do I need to be good with computers to use Ember Light Thicket?
Not at all. The setup guide uses plain language and large screenshots. If you get stuck at any point, you can call our support line and someone will walk you through it step by step. We have helped people who had never installed software before, and it usually takes less than ten minutes.
#Will it slow down my computer?
Ember Light Thicket is designed to run quietly in the background without affecting the speed of your computer. It uses very little processing power. If you ever notice any slowdown, call us and we will look into it with you directly.
#Can it protect me from every scam?
We want to be honest about this: no tool can catch every threat, and we would never claim otherwise. What Ember Light Thicket does is give you more information and more pause at the moments when scams are most likely to succeed. It is a helpful layer of awareness, not a guarantee.
#What happens to my personal information?
Ember Light Thicket does not read your emails, messages, or documents. It checks links and phone numbers against a database of known threats. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we never will. You can read our full privacy policy on the website.
#What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel any time by calling our support line or sending an email to support@emberlightthicket.com. There are no cancellation fees and no complicated forms. We will confirm your cancellation by email the same day.
#Is there support in Japanese?
Yes. Our entire support team speaks Japanese, and all alerts, guides, and communications are written in Japanese. You will never be asked to read something in English unless you want to.
